David Eldred (Chemical Science) has graciously offered up his home for a 1980 class party to those living anywhere in the Washington, DC area. He IS planning to come to the Detroit reunion, but wanted to give those who couldn’t make it a chance to see their classmates.

Greetings 1980 classmates!
I’m really looking forward to our 30th reunion and I must admit that all this planning and hard work have re-awakened so many great memories.
I know that some of you can’t or won’t be able to attend in Detroit in August so we’d like to host as many fellow alumni at our home for a BBQ beforehand. We’ll catch up, share some forgotten memories and reconnect. So if you live nearby, or, are in the DC area on Sunday May 16th, please join us at our home in Fairfax, VA. We’ll have the get together, rain or shine, and please bring your families as our 2 year old Samantha will be included in the festivities. Let’s get together at 3pm that Sunday.
Please RSVP by May 12th, and if you are not able to make it on that day, we look forward to keeping in touch and we’ll get together another time.
